The 6.5 mm Cancellous Screw, 32 mm Thread features coarse, wide-pitch threads on its distal 32 mm segment to anchor firmly in soft, metaphyseal bone. Its smooth proximal shaft glides through the near fragment, generating strong interfragmentary lag compression as the distal threads draw the fracture together. Commonly applied in large-fragment orthopedic procedures—such as femoral, tibial plateau, and pelvic fracture fixations—it offers optimal compression and mechanical stability across wider fracture lines.
