S A Orthocure’s LCP Posterior Distal Humerus Plate with Support is a biocompatible titanium or stainless steel locking compression plate designed for fixation of distal humerus fractures. Its anatomical pre-contoured design matches the posterior aspect of the distal humerus, while an integrated extended posterior support (buttress) prevents varus collapse and enhances construct stability. Featuring combi holes and threaded locking holes, it supports 2.7mm LHS, 3.5mm LHS, and 3.5mm cortex screws for versatile fixation and angular stability tailored to bone quality and fracture patterns. Available in left and right options in sizes 03, 05, 07, 09, and 11 holes, its low-profile design minimizes soft tissue irritation to promote better bone healing and improved elbow function.
