S A Orthocure’s LCP Extra-Articular Distal Humerus Plate is a biocompatible titanium or stainless steel locking compression plate engineered for fixing distal humerus fractures that do not involve the joint surface. Its anatomical pre-contoured design matches the distal humerus anatomy for optimal alignment and reduced intraoperative bending, while its low-profile build with smooth edges minimizes soft tissue irritation and implant prominence. Featuring combi holes, threaded locking holes, and an optimized hole pattern, it accommodates 3.5mm LHS and 3.5mm cortex screws for enhanced screw divergence, distribution, and angular stability in osteoporotic fractures. Available in sizes 04, 06, 08, 10, 12, and 14 holes for both right and left sides, this high-strength implant ensures stable fixation that facilitates early mobilization, reduces stiffness, and improves functional recovery.
