S A Orthocure’s LCP Olecranon Plate is an orthopedic implant crafted from biocompatible titanium or stainless steel to fix fractures of the olecranon on the proximal ulna. Its anatomical pre-contoured design matches the olecranon for precise anatomical restoration, featuring a hook/extension at the proximal end to provide secure purchase beyond the tip and enhance rotational stability. The low-profile build with smooth edges and optimized screw placement allows surgeons to direct 3.5mm LHS and 3.5mm cortex screws toward safe zones for a strong grip in small fragments. Available in right and left options with 02, 04, 06, 08, 10, and 12-hole sizes, this high-strength locking construct minimizes screw loosening and micromotion to support early functional rehabilitation.
